Hot and Humid – It kills your pain
I wake up yesterday morning and ooohhh.... omg,i was not able to move my head and neck.It gave me a lot of PAIN as i tried desperately to budge off.All efforts went begging across,and it was a hell out there for me.
My grandmom came to my rescue.A gentle massage of some warm ointment gave of some relief.
She told me,the problem is due to inappropriate posture while sleeping,that caused the muscles in head an neck region to go into a state of spasm.Then suggested me to take a sauna bath,it can greately help.
First let of tell you about sauna.Its a kind of word,the meaning of which has been constantly evolved.Literally it means hot and humid environment.A place or room or a close proximity,where you can feel steam vapours and a temperature of around 80 degree C.

It relaxes your strained muscle fibers,helps open the sweat glands on skin surfaces,they have dilating action on your blood vessels.More the blood flow,more is the detoxification.
At last i conclude that a sauna bath twice or thrice a week is must for every individual.
