I wake up yesterday morning and ooohhh…. omg,i was not able to move my head and neck.It gave me a lot of PAIN as i tried desperately to budge off.All efforts went begging across,and it was a hell out there for me.
My grandmom came to my rescue.A gentle massage of some warm ointment gave of some relief.
